Rude and cold

Pros:
Spacious, good light, surprisingly quiet for being right next to the train
Cons:
- battled with the landlord for months with no heat (literally the apartment was 40 degrees at some point). They gaslit us and threatened against all the tenants in the building calling 311 - fridge completely broke and took them over a week to replace - pigeons built their nest right over the front door and we had to step over pigeon poop for months before the finally fixed it only after they were fined by the city - smoke shop on the ground level fully smokes cigarettes in the building and the landlord does nothing about it - overall kitchen appliances aren’t very reliable and we had several issues while living there - for some reason the mail gets thrown on the floor instead of into the mailboxes.. all of our mail was constantly getting lost because of this
Advice to owner:
Listen to tenants when they tell you there’s an issue the first time rather than ignoring them until the issue becomes so monumentally expensive that it takes you forever to fix

All kinds of weird violations

The back porch/deck
Cons:
2 middle "bedrooms" that are actually illegal, the entire apartment is definitely an illegally modified condo. Downstairs venue has a staircase that leads to door behind fridge into apartment that is not locked or sealed. Lots of mice.
