All kinds of weird violations
Former Tenant
Pros:
The back porch/deck
Cons:
2 middle "bedrooms" that are actually illegal, the entire apartment is definitely an illegally modified condo. Downstairs venue has a staircase that leads to door behind fridge into apartment that is not locked or sealed. Lots of mice.
Advice to owner:
I do not have any

big loft but so many flaws
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment is huge and in that regard makes it feel very private.
Cons:
To big only to have 1 bathroom Bedrooms with no windows Rental Venue below has no soundproofing for music it will be impossible to get a wink of sleep while they have events
Advice to owner:
The neighbor and owner of our building need to come to a conclusion of the deck permits so that the tenants aren’t left with no way of dealing with a community that doesn’t want the deck there. Proper sound proofing needed from venue and landlord A more sanitary building with a super who doesn’t flake and forget all the time
