    the apartment is beautiful
    Cons:
    it's a noisy area

    Nice building, but full of roaches

    Pros:
    Nice area, live in super, beautiful building. Garbage and recycling taken care of. Water pressure good.
    It’s a coop so individual owners.
    Cons:
    Cockroaches everywhere, the exterminator is supposed to do preventative pest control, but it’s not happening
    Advice to owner:
    Get a different pest control company
