Whatever I guess
Former Tenant
Pros:
You’re probably moving to this gentrification looking ahhh building because you’re a transplant, and you’re broke, and if you’re either one of those two things then this is a perfect place for you. It’s not so bad you should rule it out, I mean it does have central air and heating! Yayyy so sick.
Cons:
One washer and dryer for the whole building and you have to pay for it. Heinous. The walls are also as thin as paper so get ready to hear your roommates doing both the #1 and #2, and other sounds that come from their beds, and your upstairs neighbor will sound like an elephant whenever they walk.
Advice to owner:
Do better.

Good management company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet, convenient location, deli on first floor. Stairs cleaned weekly. Laundry in basement.
Cons:
No actual rooftop. Just the roof.
Advice to owner:
Secure packages some where to prevent stealing.
