Pests were out of control, multiple tenants had roach infestations and mice. After multiple complaints it still wasn’t fixed.

it was affordable, although it was definitely not worth it.

moving here was the worst mistake i have ever made. several months into living here, i experienced severe water leaks which led to mold, bugs, and damage to my belongings as well as health consequences. the management was unresponsive. repairs were never made.

i don’t even know where to start. make repairs, don’t rent out damaged units.
