A Lovely home

Pros

Single-tenant building with owners living downstairs. They are incredibly responsive about any repairs/etc. The building is very clean and well maintained (we're the first on our block to have our stairs shoveled in the snow). Truly a lovely place to call home.

Sometimes the front-facing room can get a bit noisy. Otherwise, there are no cons.
