Renters approve of the building's owners
Spacious and decent rent for the amount of space. Lived here for 3 years and it felt like wonderful home. Kind neighbors.
Owner/Landlord was very unresponsive when we needed him and occasionally rude. Took forever to get repairs and lots of excuses. It was also very filthy when we moved in, but that's to be expected somewhat.
