Do not move here
Pros
Nothing. They changed rent fee right before signing lease. Charges us for water every month. Management is really rude. Everyone in the building hates building manager Nick. These people are shady.
Cons
Do not trust this building and the people that own the property. Incredibly rude and is no help when we put in request relating to the building.
Advice to the owners
Please be honest and communicate at a timely manner not when it is convenient for you. Also multiple tenants have complained about the way Nick treats us, take actions to do better. only good thing about the property is the supper who is very nice and respectful.
