Among the worst/most incompetent landlords in the city

Pros

Nominally rent stabilized, mostly nice neighbors

Cons

Bad maintenance, landlord not response, landlord hostile and abusive, racist and discriminatory. Does not follow rent stabilization laws. Landlord did not fix lack of hot water issue for MONTHS in the winter. Still in small claims court to recover security deposit.
