Bad management in the buildings

Rat and garbage and dog poop all over the buildings
Advice to owner:
Need new management that care about the living condition in the buildings

Nothing is good about this development
Cons:
Slum "Property Management" RY Management (Rupert Yorkville Management) but I blame the owners they don't monitor their property or the companies they hire

Get new Management !

The rooms are huge !
Cons:
You might as well call it the projects since the 2008 renovations, refurbished everything ! 141 Million stolen , Rents quadrupled , 93-109% rent increase in (3) years ! HPD , HUD complicit in the coverup !
