Pros
it’s clean in the morning and the view is nice when you’re high up and SOME neighbors are nice
Cons
They let bad kids run around in the lobbies and laundry room and make disasters and disturb the peace, the kids always throw food and juice in the elevators and it’s left like that throughout the day until the next morning, theres ant infestation once it hits fall, management doesn’t respond to phone calls
Advice to the owners
start fining the groups of kids that make messes and bother people while they’re doing laundry, at home etc.
Housing Lotto Apt
Pros
The super was so sweet, and i liked the door men. We had a great package room and they had more amenities when i moved in. I think the building is beautiful and i love the rooftop space vut it sucks that they make you pay extra for amenity acess otherwise you just go to your boy and thats it. Aslo the laundry was very expensive!
Cons
There is a bunch of criminal in the surrounding area and the lobby area gets kinda packed at night. Aslo the laundry was very expensive! It was really pretty on the side looking by the train tracks not the front
