The super was so sweet, and i liked the door men. We had a great package room and they had more amenities when i moved in. I think the building is beautiful and i love the rooftop space vut it sucks that they make you pay extra for amenity acess otherwise you just go to your boy and thats it. Aslo the laundry was very expensive!
Cons:
There is a bunch of criminal in the surrounding area and the lobby area gets kinda packed at night. Aslo the laundry was very expensive! It was really pretty on the side looking by the train tracks not the front
