Roaches for years
Former Tenant
Pros:
The heat was spot on during winter, even had to keep the windows open at time, had no complaints about that.
Cons:
Mice and roaches on everything, mice climbing over the bed, roaches in plates, it was filthy. Elevator was always broken and always smelled like piss.
Advice to owner:
Fix your vermin problem. Clean up the elevators. Use warmer colors on the walls, those hallways look like prison hallways.
