    Garbage is taken out regularly
    Good space in apartments
    Cons:
    Roaches and mice in building
    Smoking in building
    Main area is not kept clean

    What I’ve learned about this property
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    I like the amount of space you get for the apartment. Pet friendly and I can access the roof.
    Cons:
    Management are not as responsive. Electrical issues, rodent and insect issues left unresolved, theft issues, hallways are DISGUSTING, garbage area attracts rodents, creeps on the 3rd floor.

    Take better care of the property
