The build itself is pretty quiet. Fairly quiet neighborhood and close to transit.

Cons

There is Mice infestation. Roaches. Lack of heat. They only turn the heat on a few times throughout the night and when they know folks are leaving out for work. The super takes for ever or doesn’t show up when you request for this to be fixed in your unit.

Advice to the owners

Get the mice under control in the building and provide adequate heat to tenants. You’re charging too much for rent for this to be a constant issue that is not being addressed.
