Bare minimum living.

Pros:
Rent payments are electronically recorded since pandemic.
Cons:
Cracked facade, a lot of patchy, quick repair work being done. Leaks in the main lobby of the building when it rains. Be prepared to do a lot of your own handiwork in apt.
