Mice infested Lack of heat Slow to no response from apartment super regarding fixes. Inconsistency in the cleaning of the building. Not all the windows close properly

Cracked facade, a lot of patchy, quick repair work being done. Leaks in the main lobby of the building when it rains. Be prepared to do a lot of your own handiwork in apt.
