TERRIBLE Management, FALLING APART Building

Spacious, good neighborhood, good amenities

Cons

The building was falling apart and horribly constructed because the owners cut every single corner possible. We had RAW SEWAGE in the stairwell for WEEKS and management didn’t warn us, clean it up, or compensate us. We would go weeks without heat or A/C. I had a leak above my bed for SEVEN MONTHS before it was fixed. Avoid like the plague

“Garden level flooded, when the building was built the construction workers threw cement in the drainage areas which resulted in flooding, and the entire street under repair. They do not take care of the overgrowth in the back area which is blocking the Heating/AC towers. Everything is build shoddy.
