Affordable Building But Beware
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close proximity to train and the block overall is pretty quiet. Building is relatively clean and management company relatively responsive.
Cons:
Recurring pest issues including roaches and mice (no bed bugs, thankfully)
Advice to owner:
Invest in better building maintenance and fix your cameras
