Terrible super and random men in hallways

Pros

The location is great, and I had a corner apartment with lots of light. The rent was inexpensive as well.

Cons

There were constantly random men who did not live in the building in the hallways, stairwells and crowding around the entrance at all times. It was very concerning and not safe, as it seemed like the super was letting them sleep in the basement/hang around the building.

Advice to the owners

Get a new super, clean up the hallways (they smelled like piss constantly) and enforce better security. It's not safe for a woman.
