    great location apt

    Pros:
    good price, rent stabilized units, one block from prospect
    Cons:
    lots of bugs on first floor, pipes plastered into the ceiling, water scalding hot, buzzer doesn't work, crackhead lives in the foyer
    Advice to owner:
    clearly you're not paying the super enough bc he doesn't do much. give him a living wage and help get control of this nasty building that needs help

    neglected and dirty building

    location is good
    Cons:
    unsafe, sorely neglected, filthy, neighbor's ceiling fell on them causing injury, elevator always down, management does not care
    Advice to owner:
    stop putting profits before people's quality of living
