Pros
- location to the park - building has an elevator - close to train station
Cons
- old building that needs work - management can be slow to respond and get things fixed - people loitering in the front awning of the building
Nice Location & Affordable Apartments
Pros
- Location is super close to transit, Prospect Park and lots of shops - Apartments have spacious layouts and cute prewar building details (parquet floors, high ceilings, cover moulding, tall windows) - Super & building management have always been very responsive, issues persist though - Not too noisy
Cons
- Cleanliness on main areas could improve - Packages do go missing even though the lobby area seems to have cameras - Repairs can be slow or not proper fixes, lots of ongoing lwater eaks and I have seen bugs (no rats though!) - Trash management on the side of the building is a bit chaotic, I wish there were more bins and tenants were more respectful
Advice to the owners
Invest in the common spaces - lobby and hallway, could use some fresh nicer paint and getting rid of those glaring white lights
