Decent place, terrible disrespectful landlord

Pros

Very spacious for the price. Neighborhood is great.

Cons

No dishwasher, room shakes with traffic, noisy, no lease signed. Landlord kicking us out so she can do construction. She also is a racist and only wants to rent to asian people. She is very picky and rejects 99% of applicants, and if she doesn't like you will refuse to talk to you and will go through your roommate instead. She is incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional, and is evicting us completely illegally. She even had the audacity to accuse me of not looking hard enough, when she hasn't rented in god knows how long, and while evicting me illegally. Property manager also has no respect for the law. She also doesn't actually own the apartment, legally. Avoid. ALSO HAS BED BUGS AS OF JUNE 2026
