Decent building in up and coming neighborhood

Pros

Pros are the management team is pretty responsive. Hot water and water pressure are great. Other tenants are very friendly.

Cons

Neighborhood itself can be hit or miss with lots of homeless. Noise from the street and Dunkin Donuts below can be quite a lot.

Cute neighborhood, shoddy management

the neighbors are awesome and being close to the park is amazing

Cons

management is a mess, constantly changing staff. my neighbors ceiling collapsed and flooded due to plumbing issues in the building. not awesome.
