Charming but needs updates

beautiful original lobby and exterior
Cons:
basement garbage room pests
transients sleeping in stairwells
mail always stolen
german cockroaches

Prioritize updates especially on old heating equipment

BedBug infested building.

Landlord and building maintenance were awful.

Mice Infestation

Pros:
Pros: Management office is responsive, however the super takes his sweet time getting to things.
Cons:
Washer/Dryers barely ever work, we've had EVERY pest from cockroaches to bedbugs to mice. CONSTANTLY.
Advice to owner:
Stop painting over problems and get to the root of the pre-war building. There's holes everywhere and electrical sucks.
