Lovely building, excellent super

Location, historic detailing, spacious units, INCREDIBLE super and maintenance team

Property management company was a bit difficult

Pros:
Pros: Management office is responsive, however the super takes his sweet time getting to things.
Cons:
Washer/Dryers barely ever work, we've had EVERY pest from cockroaches to bedbugs to mice. CONSTANTLY.
Advice to owner:
Stop painting over problems and get to the root of the pre-war building. There's holes everywhere and electrical sucks.
