close to park the super is so nice and helpful (sometimes you have to chase an issue a little but he’s older and it’s a big building just be nice ample room elevators work like 90% of the time most neighbors are kind

certain units can be LOUD inner units don’t get much light especially the lower levels management is…meh could be better could be worse electrical is old, can’t run a hairdryer soooome neighbors are jerks, mess in the elevators or taking packages -___-
