Depends on the unit
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is overall clean enough and most of the neighbors are super friendly. We got SUPER lucky with a newly renovated unit and have had almost no pest issues at all. Location is also amazing, across from bodega and supermarket and less than 10 minutes to subway.
Cons:
Super is responsive but not most useful all the time. Management company is not the most helpful but also not terrible by any means. Some noisiness from other residents can be heard from the windows (echoing against neighboring building) but the actual walls are thick and can’t hear a thing from neighbors usually. Water pressure is pretty terrible.
Advice to owner:
Fix water pressure, paint and maintain lobby

Good base place but lots of tiny issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
The people who live here are great and the rent is cheap.
Cons:
They never keep the heat going. The building is very dirty and not kept up to date.
Advice to owner:
Update the basics.
