Perfect for me right now

I love this building. My apartment is spacious and very affordable, the super goes out of his way to be helpful and everything is kept clean and nice. I love it here

The only cons are that there is no laundry and we have occasional elevator issues

Not sure, I only walked through!

Pros

I only viewed an apartment here but did not end up renting. It was a very beautiful apartment, spacious, well-priced. The building appeared clean and quiet, elevator worked.

Cons

The apartment itself was not very clean, there were dead roaches on the floor in various rooms. Front door handle was very loose. Toilet did not appear to flush well. I would have moved in if I didn't see the roaches!

Advice to the owners

Take more care to clean the apartments you are showing to potential renters.
