Great for what it is
Former Tenant
Pros:
Laundry in building, parking garage, friendly neighbors and spacious apartments.
Cons:
Management could be more responsive. Occasional pests. If a laundry machine breaks down, it usually takes over a week for it to get fixed.
Advice to owner:
Please be more responsive to tenants concerns
