    Pros:
    Renovated w/ decent appliances.
    Cons:
    We had a mice issue & when I called the emergency hotline I was told it was going to take a few days for someone to come. Issues like this need immediate action.
    Advice to owner:
    Have an emergency Super on call 24/7 for issues that need immediate action.
