good apartment to rent

Pros:
The building itself is huge and has laundry in unit. the water gets hot and heat does come on
Cons:
The water pressure is not the best and the shower doesn’t always get hot but when it does it’s hot hot
Advice to owner:
Live here just complain and they’ll fix it
