Elevator building, the super is great

Cons

BUGS BUGS BUGS. I had to break my lease it got that bad. We did everything we could, but they’re in the walls. It’s a rent stabilized building so they don’t care. The mgmt company is literally called SHAMco. Avoid at all costs.

Fix the roach problem.

Completely riddled with pests, no response from the management. They’re systematically making people so uncomfortable that they leave and then they renovate the disgusting apartments so they can raise prices.
