Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 39 Turner Place, Brooklyn, NY 11218 reveal mixed feedback. Tenants appreciate the location, rent stabilization, and spacious units. However, issues like poor cleanliness, pest problems, and water pressure persist. Some residents commend the responsive management but criticize slow repairs and inadequate garbage management. Bedbug infestations, safety concerns in certain areas, and unaddressed pest issues are raised. Though some recommend staying due to affordable rent, the building's maintenance and management shortcomings are key deterrents, emphasizing the need for significant improvements and better upkeep.
