Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 1700 Albemarle Road highlight the building’s spacious apartments and proximity to public transit as positive features. However, tenants consistently report severe pest infestations, especially roaches and rats, coupled with unclean common areas and poor garbage management. Resident feedback points to unresponsive and sometimes rude management, with inadequate maintenance and neglect of tenant needs, which has led to dissatisfaction. Noise levels and neighbors receive mixed but generally moderate ratings. Despite the appealing apartment size, ongoing pest and management issues are major concerns for renters considering this building.
