Horrible landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quite neighbors
Cons:
Roaches everywhere, Management neglects the people who live in the building. They do not maintain upgrades or maintenance on the building or for tenants. They tried to forced you out of the building during a pandemic and do not give you any other options. The super of the building always has an attitude and very unhappy and rude.
Advice to owner:
Get a new super. Instead of forcing people out during a pandemic for in paid rent because they lost their job try to find ways to help. Fix the roach and rat problems. Maintain and do upgrades in all apartments in this building specially the people who have been living there for years.

Due to construction multiple water issues, dust falling from the ceiling
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice neighbors and vibe
Cons:
Awful landlord, no communication, due to construction literally had water leak into the apartment twice a week, plus last time water literally pouring through the ceiling light fixture, they just patched it up and that's it, the next week it leaked again. Doesn't seem like anyone cares! Due to renovations upstairs I've literally had pain fall down from the ceiling, weird falling sounds through the walls and dust coming into the apartment, when I asked if they had examined the possible toxic exposure to asbestos they simply replied by saying that if it comes unbearable I can move out... nobody from construction has even come to look at the situation or give an estimated completion date... not even mentioning the noise all day making it impossible to do work from home. Stay far away from this place, will keep this review up until it's fixed, which honestly isn't very likely.
Advice to owner:
Communication and how about trying to keep your tenants actually want to live in the building.
