Found on roommates.com, Roaches and ants are also your roommates in this apartment. The people don't clean the kitchen behind themselves and have cats so food is left out often. Landlord did not hire an exterminator so buy your own traps! The main contact will love bomb and make you feel welcome in the beginning but cross him and he will threaten your security deposit because you didn't clean on his turn. When I got a promotion, I was suddenly asked to contribute to utilities when I hadn't had to do so for first 5 months.
