    There is no pros
    Cons:
    Bed bugs roaches infestation building falling apart from the stair case to the ceiling oh and don’t let it rain outside because it starts to rain inside the building trash everywhere in the lawn in building it’s disgusting
    Advice to owner:
    You are the worst owner ever u don’t fix nothing we bout to stop paying own rent till u fix every single issues
