Pros:
the super is amazing, great price for rent, kind and quiet neighbors
Cons:
management is unresponsive, they don't do trash well down the block so the rats are horrible, the water is always going out, lots of run down problems
Advice to owner:
deal with the trash

It’s quiet but near a bunch of things. Property manager is very responsive and helpful.
Cons:
Water wasn’t great at first but they’re pretty responsive for helping. Its an old building so sometimes that causes issues
