Good apartments, poor management

Pros

Bug free, spacious, quiet, new(ish) finish, AC in each room

Cons

Unresponsive and sometimes rude landlord, appliances breaking without repairs, no fire escape and broken sprinklers, leaks from both windows and ceiling (we are not top floor). Eg. Windows leaking repair request submitted 9 months ago, no repairs have taken place, despite many many promises to.
