    Great place for the price

    Pros:
    Clean building. No rodents. Roaches from time to time but pest control comes once a month
    Cons:
    Neighbors upstairs sound like they’re coming through the ceiling sometimes. Apartment is old, bad air circulation.

    Don't move here, it is not worth it.

    It is close to transportation.
    Cons:
    Property owner only cares about money. Converts kitchen into a bedroom. Now you have the mini kitchen and living room combined. Will find any excuse to keep your security deposit.
    Does not have cameras on all floors so when your Victoria's Secret gets stolen. They will not reimburse you nor care about it.
    Advice to owner:
    Stop being money hungry and put heat in that cold building. Install cameras on EVERY floor. So that when tenants steal, they can get arrested.
