Property owner only cares about money. Converts kitchen into a bedroom. Now you have the mini kitchen and living room combined. Will find any excuse to keep your security deposit. Does not have cameras on all floors so when your Victoria's Secret gets stolen. They will not reimburse you nor care about it. I never got my security deposit back even though the apartment was clean and no damages
Advice to the owners
Stop being money hungry and put heat in that cold building. Install cameras on EVERY floor. So that when tenants steal, they can get arrested. You kept my deposit saying that I owed but that is not what security deposit is for. I will get my money back and embarrass you.
