    Love my neighbors, best people in the city
    Cons:
    Landlord refuses to take care of the building. Last I heard it was foreclosed on.

    Upon entry, the lobby of this building is nice.
    Cons:
    It's not a well maintained building. Experienced roaches, its not an updated building, and at one point someone in the building had bedbugs.
