Solid apartment building

Pros

Super quiet, and lord was responsive to minor maintenance requests, washer and drier in building

Cons

Water took FOREVER to heat up, front door lock was broken for a bit, landlord tried to deduct money from my security deposit check bc he had to write it again when it bounced the first time.
