Do not trust this landlord.
Pros
Quiet neighborhood very close to subway
Cons
Constantly under construction, it will never end. When he wants a tenant out he will do more construction with no end date in sight. He is a bully. He also does not offer a lease, probably because there are open violations and they would be deemed illegal. He hides the fact that there are more then 2 families in the unit by offering only one mailbox for the entire house. Beware. Do not trust Rustam.
