Cold Winter and Hot summers and Roaches
Pros
The neighborhood is great, I loved it it was close to prospect park. Mix of all types of people and cuisines near by.
Cons
Would never take our plea to get an exterminator. Roaches and mouse’s were constant. The building itself had terrible insulation. Hot were extremely bad. In the winter the heat never worked. The owner would make us pay half for everything she had fixed.
Advice to the owners
Fix your apartment, we would’ve stayed if you cared for it.
