Do not recommend bc of landlord
Pros
Great rent price. Good spacious apartment.
Cons
The landlord is too much in your business. She is unreasonable and texts too much. Not considerate at all and is way involved in what is going on in apartment, even though nothing is. Seemed nice during signing but turned crazy after a few.
Advice to the owners
Stay out of the tenant's business and let them live peacefully. Also take care of whatever needs without being argumentative, like a leaky faucet or the pot stink from the basement tenant. Or the mice, or the need for cable in one's apartment.
