A great and imperfect place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Most neighbors are warm and friendly
- Super is very responsive and helpful
- Common areas are kept clean
- New management is responsive (previous management wasn’t)
Cons:
- Bug problems with insufficient treatment from pest control
- You’ll never get a space in the garage unless you’re here 20+ years
- Building was built in the 70s and has quirks, including the fact that the walls/floors are very thin which means it’s common to hear your neighbors
- Shareholders struggle to make decisions that benefit the future of the building
