Pros
The neighbors are great the area is chill if it’s the kind of thing you’re looking for like a nice quiet family neighborhood People bring things they don’t need into the lobby area make make sure your neighbors have a chance to grab it before it gets thrown out
Cons
The Super bowls didn’t fix the problem thaybwas really annoying me all year if something was an emergency he would be there with executive and it’s clear that I probably could’ve got it done if I had been really diligent and constantly pursuing then situation was told to make a group chat with his boss to make sure things were done promptly I don’t want to tell on him to get things done  After I moved out I reached out a few weeks later about my deposit and just heard nothing it’s really surprising because the building owners seem to be very professional in every other aspect I’m like actually surprised
Advice to the owners
Please be more diligent about making sure deposits are returned
