Please be aware of this landlord. He will schmooze you an act like he’s on your side. He learns things about you and how you go about your day. He will enter your apartment when you’re not there and look through your things he will listen on all the video cameras to your conversations and then use this against you if there’s an issue. He has multiple neighbors that watch you when you come and go and will let him know when you have left the building. We have caught him in our apartment multiple times and when confronted he always says oh I was just checking the heat. How many times a month do you need to go into my apartment without asking to check the heat. Do not trust him.
