    Roaches and mice galore

    Pros:
    The place was built in the 1920’s and seems in decent shape considering
    Cons:
    The super is impossible to get a hold of, and the neighbors are unfriendly, hostile even. Last but not least, the worst roach infestation I’ve ever experienced.
