Big rooms, great location.
Cons:
Dirty, neglected, was a pristine property prior to being sold in 2009.
Advice to owner:
Restore building to previous habitable and beautiful state.

Great location, close to buses and train.
Cons:
Dirty building.I had mice and roaches. Management doesn't take care of problems. Have a leak for 5 months and I am still waiting.
